Afghan Ministry of the Interior, General Command of Police Special Units (GCPSU)

Responsible for a new contract twelve-man mentor/trainer team and twelve interpreter/translators to the GCPSU, during a period of 100% expansion of the organization (3 national Mission Units to 6).

Contract was deemed so successful that mentor/trainer strength was increased to twenty-seven trainers and twenty-seven interpreters in the first year (140%) growth).

Organized the entire administrative, curriculum and operational plan for the team, and multiple options for utilization throughout Afghanistan.

Provided liaison between the primary and sub-contractors to the NATO-led GCPSU Advisor Team.

Mentor/Instructor in all phases of the National Unit Operators Course, Phase III, the feeder to the build of new National Mission Units.

Additionally, mentored the command and staff of the new Ministry of the Interior (MOI) training establishment at Mazar-e-Sharif.
