U/Ianti-tank mineThe North Korean antitank mine is a copy of the former Soviet Union TMD-B wooden-box mine. The TMD-B has three pressure boards on the top, which, when crushed, will initiate the detonator. The small metallic content of the mine is found in the MV-5 fuze and in the nails used to hold the box together. A carrying handle is attached to one side of the box. The mines are designed so that they can be fabricated under field conditions with available materials, resulting in a variance of weights and dimensions.Diameter: 315mm Weight: 9.7kg Explosive: 9.7kg Range: 100m Explosive/filler type: AmatolKorea, Democratic People's Republic of (North)
