Experience

Justin Henriques is an Associate Professor in the Department of Engineering at James Madison University. As an educator, he creates curricular and co-curricular learning experiences for students that encourage them to think creatively and engage the world around them to make a difference. His scholarly focus is on sustainable and resilient infrastructure systems, climate change vulnerability assessments, and humanitarian technology. His previous professional experience includes founding a nonprofit development organization that worked with communities in East Africa and Latin America on community-scale basic needs infrastructure.
