How do senior faculty maintain vitality over time and find meaningful avenues for continued engagement in teaching, research, service, and leadership? This Madison Career Fellowship (Level I) invites senior faculty above the rank of associate professor to explore the full-professor paradox of balancing the need for professional renewal with the desire to ensure the accomplishments of a long, successful career leave a lasting academic legacy.
