Dr. Tomás Regalado-López is Associate Professor in the Department of Foreign Languages, Literatures and Cultures at JMU, where he teaches Latin American literature and Latin American civilization. He is chair of the Latin American and Carribbean Studies minor (LACS) and faculty advisor for the Latino Student Alliance (LSA) and Students Helping Honduras (SHH). His research includes a study of the novels of Jorge Volpi, and more recently, an examination of the links between Crack, a Mexican literary group from the nineties, and previous generations in this history of Latin American literature.
