The James Madison University Undergraduate Catalog 1999-2000 was published by the JMU Division of University Relations in cooperation with the Division of Academic Affairs. Editorial services for the catalog were provided by the JMU Institute for Technical and Scientific Communication Student Publications Group -- Dr. Elizabeth Pass, faculty adviser; Julia Drumheller, chief student editor. The catalog cover was designed by Sang Yoon, associate professor of art and art history and media arts and design.
