The Center aims to bring renewable energy education to schools and classrooms throughout Virginia through the REpowering Schools program.  Through this program the Center provides many resources and services to educators and students – see the linked boxes below.  Schools that participate in Center activities benefit from membership in our Educator Network.

Also part of the REpowering Schools Program is an initiative to bring renewable energy technology to schools.  This could include wind turbines, solar panels, and wind measurement instrumentation.  If you are interested in installing renewable energy technology at your school, CASE can assist with the planning and installation logistics as well as getting students involved in the process and making sure the data about energy generation is used in the classroom. Contact Remy Pangle for more information.
