Poet Tree Poems

wicker basket

Every so often, the Arboretum staff will retrieve the poems left in the basket and archive them online. You can browse through our collection of poems below.

In addition, the Arboretum hosts the National Poetry Month program with the Furious Flower Poetry Center where attendees bring poems they have composed for the event.

If you would like to leave us a poem the next time you visit, please do, as we'd like to read it.

Poems are not altered in any manner and are presented exactly as written by authors. Misspellings are not typographical or spelling errors of arboretum content managers.
