Important Notice: The Center Conference Room is temporarily closed to reservations.
The AAAD Studies Conference Room is a flexible space available to AAAD students, faculty, and friends for studying, meetings, and more. The modular desks can stay separate to allow for more private studying or can be pushed together to function as a conference table. The space can accommodate up to 12 people at a time. There is a screen, webcam, and soundbar as well as a laptop and movable podium to allow for hybrid meetings and/or presentations.
The center is open Mon-Fri 9-3pm but the conference room can be made available outside those hours on some occasions.
