This Web Site is designed to help JMU staff and administrators request prospective student data from the Office of Admissions. Information provided below will be used to determine if applicant data can be released for your project. The more details you provide, the more likely we can provide accurate data on the first try!

In accordance to the University Stewardship Policy 1205 and in an effort to maintain the integrity of the admission process, we ask that you provide information about your project. If you do not hear from an admissions representative within 48 hours of submitting your request, please contact Joe Manning at x83476.

If your project includes writing to our JMU prospective students, a sample is necessary before data is released.  Please email the sample correspondence to associatedean@jmu.edu . Admission data will be provided in an Excel spreadsheet and will include the fields you indicate below. With this data, you can create mail merged letters, labels or e-mail messages to our prospective students.
