Charge:

• Recommend a strategic plan by March 30, 2020 that includes an updated mission statement, vision statement, values and strategic goals for implementation from 2020 to 2026
• Establish procedures to ensure communication, transparency and participation from all corners of Academic Affairs and beyond
• Complete an environmental scan and research into future trends, issues and other factors to inform the plan
