Break Description

The Fraternity and Sorority Life Alternative Break focuses on giving back throughout a variety of areas within the Nashville community. We will be working with St. Luke’s Community House, The Little Pantry That Could, Nashville Rescue Mission, and Preston Taylor Ministries, which are all organizations that strive to improve the area’s susceptibility to homelessness and poverty. Throughout the week, we will strive to understand these issues that are currently occurring in the area and work to better them through our service.

Participants must be a member of an organization recognized by the JMU Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life and complete a separate application process.
