Break Description

This spring break we will be working with The Village Mountain Mission Project to help empower the lives of those living in poverty in Luperón, Dominican Republic. Village Mountain Mission Project works to fulfill the unmet living and medical needs of families and children. We will be dedicating our days of service towards constructing a new home, as well as fostering relationships with members of the community. While four of our days will be focused on construction, two of them will be dedicated towards learning about the rich history and natural beauty of the area. No need to worry about an air mattress, we have the great opportunity to sleep in woven hammocks and enjoy locally cooked meals in the village!  Our week of service will conclude with a day trip to the local waterfall and a nighttime village carnival that we will help to facilitate. Travel with us this March to improve the quality of life for a developing community and enrich your own with service!
