Break Description

We will spend the week with the children and low-income families from an unprivileged suburban neighborhood in Trujillo. We will be working on projects such as literacy support, afterschool sports programs (creation/organization), site maintenance and painting, and/or a large-scale mural design. In addition, our group will design a signature project that will be unique to our ASB week.

We will follow the philosophy of simple living throughout the duration of our trip so that we can be more immersed into the experience. We will be staying with local residents of Trujillo and will partake in activities typical to the Peruvian culture in our free time.
