Alice graduated from JMU in December of 1983 with a BBA concentrating in Personnel. While in school, she worked as a student manager at Duke’s Grill. Upon graduation and until 1998, Alice worked as a Human Resources Manager in New York, Connecticut and Florida.
Since moving to Richmond in ’98 with her husband Steve (’84) and their two children Trish (’14) and Danny, Alice has been involved in a number of community organizations. Alice and Steve are strong JMU supporters, contributing to the Duke Club as well as endowing a scholarship to support the faculty teaching Human Resources Management.
