Registration information for Visiting Attendees

Registration Fees
Full Conference (both days) – $150.00
Wednesday Only (includes dinner) – $100.00
Thursday Only – $50.00

Wednesday – continental breakfast, lunch, and dinner
Thursday – continental breakfast and lunch

Payment Information
Payment is due at time of registration and must be made by credit card (AMEX, MasterCard, Visa and Discover). There is a $5 credit card convenience fee assessed at the time of payment.

Cancellation Policy
The registration and cancellation deadline is Friday, March 14, 2014. If cancellation is received by email at on or before March 14, 2014, you will receive a full refund (minus credit card processing fees). After this date, no refunds will be given.
