We have two options for registration: the on-line registration form or sending the registration form in to us by mailPlease note you may use EITHER registration form - from the brochure or the longer form, whatever is more convenient for you!

  1. If you prefer to work electronically, please download the registration form appropriate to your child’s level, complete it, sign it, scan it and return it by e-mail to vocalartscamp@jmu.edu
  2. If you prefer to send in your registration, please download the registration form and return it by mail to the address listed below.
  3. In addition to the registration form, you will find a Release & Permission Form that needs to be completed and returned, again, by either method listed above.

 

How to Remit Tuition Funds!

Again, we have two options for payment, through the JMU on-line payment system (our preference!) or by check through the mail. Please note that you may choose any of the three payment options on the website, even if you are paying by check!  

  1. If you prefer to work electronically, please follow the website links to the JMU e-Market On-line payment system.  Please choose your option for which payment plan works best for you and follow the prompts through the payment steps.  You will be asked to submit a credit card number to this secure site.
  2. If you prefer to send in your tuition by mail, please remit your tuition checks(s) and return it to the address listed below.
