Incoming Wire/ACH Payments
Incoming wire/ACH payments are funds electronically transferred into the University's bank account. These funds are dispersed by the Electronic Funds Coordinator. If the Electronic Funds Coordinator has not received an Wire/ACH Claim Form with the requested deposit information, the funds are put into an Unclaimed Wire/ACH Funds spreadsheet which is sent out weekly for departments to review. Please notify the Electronic Funds Coordinator (540-568-7907) if you would like to receive this spreadsheet.
If you are expecting an incoming wire/ACH payment, please complete the Wire/ACH Claim Form. This will help expedite the deposit of funds into your departmental account.
If you should have already received wire/ACH payment funds into your account, please review our Unclaimed Wire/ACH Funds section. If you locate the funds you were missing, please complete a Wire/ACH Claim Form to request the funds.
