Warren Hall Box Office

Ticket Sales

The Warren Hall Box Office (WHBO) is available to sell tickets for events approved by the Assistant Vice President of Finance. Contact the WHBO at least two weeks prior to the date ticket sales will begin to schedule your sales and arrange for ticket drop-off.

A completed Ticket Sales Contract must be submitted when tickets are released to the WHBO. Tickets will be sold for two weeks prior to the event during regular business hours. Tickets will be sold until 12pm on the day of the event. Arrangements must be made in advance to pick up any unsold tickets between 2pm and 4pm on the day of the event.

Upon conclusion of the event, the WHBO will transfer all ticket revenue to the Dept ID/account # provided on the Ticket Sales Contract. Should the event be cancelled, the WHBO will provide necessary information to refund ticket purchasers.
