QuikBILL will provide you and your family with instant access to your student account charges. You will access your bill through your MyMadison account, and when you set your family up as "Authorized Payers" in the QuikBILL system, they will be able to access your student account bills through a web site. You, and all authorized payers, receive e-mail notification when a bill is processed and ready to be viewed and paid.
Login Screen - Once you click the Establish your QuikBill authorized payer link on the One Book page, you will be taken to the MyMadison login page. Enter your JMU e-ID and your password and click Sign In. Then choose the Student tab.
MyMadison - Click on Student Center.
Student Center - At this point, please make sure that all Pop-up Blockers have been turned off. Then Click "My Bill - QuikBILL". A new window will open.
QuikBILL Message Board - Click on Authorized Payers.
QuikBILL Authorized Payers - Click on the Add New Button.
QuikBILL Add Authorized Payer - Enter the Payer's name
and create a Login Name for this payer.
Enter a temporary password for the Payer - the Payer will be asked to change this when they first log in.
(Login Names and passwords must be at least 6 characters.)
Enter the Payer's email address.
Click the Add button.
QuikBILL Authorized Payer - You have successfully added the Payer. They will receive an email giving them a URL link to go to and log in, at that time they will need to change the password that you created for them. Please be sure and let the payer know what user name and password that you created for them. Remember they are both case sensitive. You can add another Payer at this time by clicking on the Add New button.
