FACTs Installment Plan Enrollment

Features of the new installment payment plan through QuikBILL include:

  • Five (5) payments for fall and five (5) payments for spring
  • Life insurance on the balance of the contracted budget, as of the responsible party’s date of death
  • Ability to pay by automated credit card or e-check debit
  • Enrollment fees of only $30/semester
  • Ability to view the JMU bill and real time activity on the student account to confirm your budget and make timely adjustments to avoid account “holds”
  • No charge for electronic checks payments
  • 2.75% service fee for credit card payments

QuikBILL Message Board - Once you login to QuikBILL, either through MyMadison or as an Authorized Payer, you will arrive at the Message Board. Click on Make Payment.

Make Payment - At this point, please make sure that all Pop-up Blockers have been turned off. Below the box, click on the term for which you would like to enroll in a payment plan.

e-Cashier Payment Plan Details - Click the checkbox for the appropriate plan.

e-Cashier enrollment fee notification - Read the enrollment fee notification and click OK.

The non-refundable enrollment fee will be attempted separately 
						within 14 adys.  Do NOT include the non-refundable enrollment fee in 
						the budget worksheet below. [OK]

e-Cashier Budget Worksheet - Enter the total amount you would like to budget in the Tuition field. All other fields can be left blank. Click Calculate to populate the budget fields. Review the amounts and click Proceed.

e-Cashier Payment Method - Choose a payment method and click Proceed. Payments from your bank accounts incur no extra fees. Payments from your credit card are assessed a 2.75% service charge. Once your plan is created you cannot change payment methods.

e-Cashier Account Information - Enter the appropriate banking information and then click Proceed.

e-Cashier Final Review - Verify all information. Once you are sure all information is correct, click the check box indicating acceptance of the terms and conditions and click Submit and Acitivate
