Recruitment of TSC Students for Employment and Internships

ITSC students are eager to learn about career and internship opportunities from your company. If you would like to announce an employment opportunity, please contact our program support technician, who will then report it to the ITSC students.

ITSC graduate and undergraduate students are prepared to work as interns or full-time employees in numerous professional fields (see our internship page for more details). All students have training in technical editing and writing, and specialize in various writing genres, including medical, legal, or business writing, web design, or computer documentation.

Their knowledge of such fields gives them the understanding and experience necessary to succeed as a technical writer or editor in a scientific industry. To better understand the type of training ITSC students receive, view some samples of their work on the Student Projects page.

In addition to classroom training, many ITSC students gain professional experience through internships or part-time jobs related to technical communication. If your company would like to hire an ITSC student as an intern, please contact our internship coordinator.
