  • Mac Users will not get the full benefit as this class uses a PC platform.

Workshop Description:  Drowning in e-mail and information?  Is your personal/professional balance under siege?  JMU Training and Development presents McGhee Productivity Solutions’ Take Back Your Life!™ (TBYL) program.  This program provides methods and techniques to help you reclaim and refocus your time.

This seminar enables individuals, or an intact work team, to make decisions regarding shared challenges. Participants address issues such as e-mail volume, message relevance and clarity, dealing with interruptions, meaningful meetings and more.

By the end of this one-day seminar, you’ll have a plan with all of your objectives, projects, plans, action steps, and information organized in Outlook.

In this workshop participants will:

  • Set up an effective system to manage your agreements and commitments
  • Develop systems to process and organize information
  • Establish e-mail and communication protocols
  • Set up a calendar based on your priorities and objectives
  • Use software tools, like Microsoft Outlook, to support your action plan

A copy of the Take Back Your Life program book will be provided to all participants.
