JMU Success Series

A year-long leadership training course designed specifically for James Madison University! The five one-day workshops are crafted to create self-awareness and enhance/build skills in the three areas of the Success Triangle: Technical Skills, Relationship Skills and Navigating the Organization. The series specifically addresses Team Building, Communication, Decision Making, Negotiation Skills, Conflict Resolution, Leadership and Strategic Planning.
