We have all heard about how different the Millennial Generation is and how techno-savvy they are. In this session participants will learn about characteristics of the Millennial Generation, how they communicate and how you can communicate with them.

In this workshop participants will:

  • learn what makes the Millennial generation unique.
  • learn what influenced the development of the Millennial generations traits and characteristics.
  • learn about and explore Millennial technology and cybercommunities.
  • explore effective ways of communicating and working with Millennials.
