When the Coach is You!, Course #HR1060

In today’s workplace, supervisors are not the only employees relied upon to impart new skills to employees. The idea of coaching utilizes the knowledge and skills of all team members. Any employee can become a coach for their coworkers and this new role can prove to offer a sense of accomplishment and value for everyone involved. In this workshop, we will discuss the importance of coaching as well as five steps designed to ensure a positive coaching experience for both the coach and the learner.
