So you've Registered for the Big Event, now what?

CHECK-IN BEGINS ON THE QUAD AT 8:00AM-10:00AM. IN ORDER TO GUARANTEE A FREE BIG EVENT SHIRT, COME EARLY.

THERE WILL BE REMARKS BY TWO VERY IMPORTANT DUKES AROUND 9:00AM.

IT IS ANTICIPATED THAT YOUR SERVICE PROJECT ASSIGNMENT WILL BE EMAILED TO THE ENTIRE TEAM OR THE TEAM CAPTAIN ALONE.

IF YOU ARE NOT EMAILED, DON'T PANIC. WE WILL HAVE YOUR SERVICE PROJECT ON FILE ON THE QUAD.

REMEMBER TO CHECK THE FACEBOOK AND TWITTER PAGES FOR MORE UPDATES AS WELL.

1. Make sure everyone in your team has registered on the site at jmu.edu/thebigevent/registration.

2. Keep an eye on your email the week prior to April 13th. At least one member of your team will be contacted with your service project that week.

3. On the morning of April 13th, check-in begins on the Quad at 8am. You must check-in to recieve a free shirt. There will be some exciting remarks at 9am that you won't want to miss, and by 10am your team heads to your service project.

4. When you're done with your project, send at least one person from your team to the Quad for check-out.
