Call Detail Request Form (On-Campus Students/Residents)

JMU Telecom will supply long distance CALL DETAIL upon request to on-campus students/residents. Please submit the form below if you would like to receive CALL DETAIL.

CALL DETAIL will be mailed to your JMU campus address, unless indicated below.

JMU University Business Office will provide monthly billing for total JMU Telecom charges.
