Description:

If you can breathe you can do Yoga! Connect Yoga to the dimensions of wellness and learn how this practice is beneficial to mind and body. Discover the research behind this important discipline and begin or continue to incorporate it into your life. Learn how to share the principles of Yoga with others and add influence to their journey. Practice sequences that any level of participant can perform.

In this workshop participants will:

  • Articulate two ways in which Yoga can relate to two different dimensions of wellness
  • Learn two methods of how Yoga principles may be incorporated into your work/home life
  • Demonstrate 1 Vinyasa sequence, 2 balance poses, and 3 postures from Yoga
