We communicate with employees, coworkers, suppliers, customers, and the community via many different devices.  Should you use one method of communication over another?  Are there “rules” for different forms of communication?  And what do you do when your message is not received in the way you intended it?  This workshop will answer these questions and empower you to successfully communicate in a virtual environment.

In this workshop participants will:

  • Identify ways in which devices help us communicate
  • Explore different communication tools and choose the best device for a message
  • Develop skills to effectively communicate in a virtual world
  • Learn what to do and not do in virtual communication (and how to fix a mistake)
