Description: This workshop will provide an overview of the functions of JMU’s Office of Sponsored Programs Administration and Accounting (SPAA). The focus will be on how our personnel can best assist you with proposal development. While there will be some discussion of the federal, state, and university regulations that govern proposal development, the emphasis will be on the services available to help you with the process of applying for an externally funded project from searching for appropriate funding sources, to projecting budgets, to completing agency forms to submitting the application to the sponsor. Time will be provided to address specific questions.
