Description: People who are most successful at work aren't the most talented, they're the ones who understand what business they're in and who all those people are that we call bosses, co-workers and students. In this fast-paced session, you'll learn a new perspective on customer service and how it can energize the way you feel about work.

In this workshop participants will:

  • Learn how employee engagement impacts customer service
  • Identify the critical elements of workplace fulfillment as revealed in the Q12
  • Make the connection between fulfillment and customer service performance
  • Learn some important customer service fundamentals
