Note: This workshop is capped at 15 participants.

Total Workshop Time: 90 Minutes (1.5 Hours)

Pre-requisites: None

Description:

Are you being asked to do more with less? Figuring out how to increase outputs with stagnant or diminishing resources is a tough puzzle to solve. Come practice creative thinking, problem solving and innovation skills individually and in teams. You will leave this workshop with ideas for achieving results that your team will agree are better than what any single person could achieve alone.

In this workshop, participants will:

  • Explore thinking skills to break current patterns and establish new ones
  • Experience the differences between incremental sequential problem solving and 'breakthrough' thinking approaches
  • Consider limiting beliefs and their impact on effectiveness
  • Demonstrate synergy doing more with less
