Description:

  • Explore three Key questions that will help to connect purpose to paycheck for employees
  • Learn a four step formula for addressing subpar performance and increasing employee engagement
  • Learn a simple and effective model for encouraging employee growth and development
  • Explore three Recognition Codes that you can use to help your employees feel valued and motivated

This workshop is based on the book Nine Minutes on Monday: The Quick and Easy Way to Turn Managers into Leaders by James Robbins.
