The words leader and manager are seen everywhere from business journals to best sellers lists. Sometimes it can seem that these words are interchangeable, but when it comes to effectively growing employees and achieving results, it's important to know the difference. Join us for this interactive workshop designed to help you make the move from being a manager to being a leader.

In this workshop, participants will:

  • Learn the fundamental elements of both management and leadership
  • Explore some of the similarities and differences of the two disciplines
  • Identify behaviors that demonstrate a shift from management to leadership
