Total Workshop Time: 4 Hours

Description:

"Great minds DON’T think alike but they can think together," is something we understand but forget how to do.  Find out what your own team-talents are and how to leverage them to get more cooperation. Rate your own Collaborative Quotient (CQ) in respect, aliveness, understanding and growth to identify approaches to use to have rewarding and productive relationships with coworkers.

Based on the book, Collaborative Intelligence: Thinking With People Who Think Differently, by Dawna Markova & Angie McArthur.

In this workshop, participants will:

  • Rate yourself on your Collaborative Quotient with 5 coworkers (self-rating only)
  • Recognize how your/others' minds work
  • Identify your personal thinking talents
  • Discover your personal inquiry style
  • Bridge your styles to those of others
