Description:

Do you ever have trouble sticking to a schedule? Do you sometimes find it difficult to keep your momentum even on important projects? Have you found yourself completing a dozen minor tasks when you know you should be focusing on that one major assignment? If you answered yes to any of these questions, you are not alone. Procrastination is a problem that causes talented employees to have difficulty producing their best work and doing it in a timely manner. Come to this workshop to learn techniques for kicking procrastination to the curb!

In this workshop, participants will:

  • Explore the many different costs of procrastination including things like anxiety and poor work quality
  • Identify the root causes of procrastination
  • Learn techniques for managing procrastination and keeping momentum on important tasks
