Description:

Lack of trust in organizations effects productivity, relationships and goal accomplishment. What we say and do is directly related to the level of trust we have with others as well as the productivity and morale in organizations.

In the interactive workshop, participants will learn:

  • philosophy
  • distinctions and tools to build trust quickly that in turn helps leaders build relationships, strengthen their teams and facilitate organizational success
