Description:

We all know prolonged or severe stress has a negative impact on our wellbeing and our performance. We also know that we feel better when we can remain calm under pressure and don't let our emotions get the best of us. But did you know that we all need a certain amount of stress to perform at our best? Come explore what the optimal level of stress is for you and learn ways to cultivate your calm and get the job done!

In this workshop, participants will:

  • Learn about the relationship between stress and performance
  • Identify what you look like under different levels of stress
  • Explore various techniques for cultivating your calm and raising your EQ (Emotional Quotient)
