Description:

Have you ever taken a holistic approach to your wellness? Exploring each wellness dimension that affects different areas of your life is very important. Creating a step by step plan with goals and vision will empower you to live a more balanced and vibrant life. In this session you will create a plan to help you move toward a healthier, more balanced YOU.

In this workshop participants will:

  • Be able to name 3 of the 7 dimensions
  • Create a behavior management plan for 2 areas of their life they would like to change
  • Name a resource available to assist them with their 2 behavior changes
