According to the late business management consultant Peter Drucker, "Culture eats strategy for breakfast." What did he mean by that and why do we keep hearing that culture is critical to employee engagement, innovation and organizational achievement? In this workshop we will explore the meaning of culture in organizations, and we will identify ways to influence organizational culture to create higher levels of employee satisfaction and achievement.

In this workshop, participants will:

  • Learn what organizational culture is and why it matters
