Description: Are you a boomer who plans to be active and engaged in life another twenty years after retirement?  This class will equip you to maximize and extend your health so that you can fully participate in the things you find meaningful and fun.  Whether it's completing a marathon for the first time, traveling with your grandchildren, volunteering in your community or launching a second career, boomers want to stay active into their eighties and beyond.

Explore the physical, emotional, social and intellectual dimensions of wellness that work in harmony to keep boomers going strong for years to come.  You may be investing in a financial plan for your futures, but investing in a healthy, active lifestyle will make sure you live to enjoy the dividends!
