Student Manager

The Student Manager is an essential position that provides event assistance and customer service to the tenants and guests of the facility. A student manager is an extension of the professional staff and will work closely with the Assistant Director of the Success Center. Student Managers oversee the opening and closing of the facility and manage the day to day functions of the Student Success Center. Applicants should have a willingness to help others, provide excellent customer service, are comfortable with troubleshooting technology and demonstrate leadership skills which will aid in the supervision of other student employees.

Operation Assistant

The Operations Assistant staff are key customer liaisons to the tenants and guests of the facility. Essentially, operation assistants are the face of the Student Success Center. They are the first and last person that our customers often see. They are in charge of front desk operations such as directing guests throughout the building, answering questions, and assisting Student Managers and professional staff. In the EPIC Center, Operations Assistants work to assist customers with event set-ups and technology prior to the start of the event. They also work to troubleshoot technical issues that may arise. Students applying for this position should have a willingness to help others, provide excellent customer service, and be detail oriented with the ability to work in a high traffic environment.
