Second: Apply for Positions

  5. Verify the information in your application is correct.
**Once you submit your application, you will not be able to make changes**
  6. Answer any supplemental questions.
  7. Attach any optional or required documents.

Tips for using JMU JobLink:

  • You cannot make changes to your application after you have applied for a position. Be sure to make necessary changes BEFORE clicking on “Apply For This Posting
  • Your application will not be considered complete unless ALL required documents are provided. Read the posting carefully to see if you need to attach a resume, cover letter, etc.
  • If you withdraw your application from a posting you cannot reapply for that same vacancy.
  • Contact a member of SWEC if you need assistance in resetting your password or making changes to submitted documents.
  • If you do not qualify for Federal Work Study (a part of a Financial Aid award package), you can apply for those designated as Institutional Employment. If you qualify for Federal Work Study, you can apply for both types of positions.
