Description

Duties:

Serves as the first point of contact for all guests. Checking guests in and out of their rooms, and answer any questions they have. Answering phones, faxes and guest questions.

Requirements:

Must be able to problem solve and think on their feet. Good customer service skills and communication skills needed.
