AiM Outage

AiM will be upgraded to a new version beginning June of 2014. This will mean that customers submitting work requests and vehicle requests will not be able to access AiM beginning at 7:30 am on May 31 through midnight on June 02, 2014. All routine work requests and vehicle requests will need to be submitted prior to the upgrade or after the upgrade. Emergencies can be submitted by email, fax or phone to the following:

Work requests can be emailed to fm_wcc@jmu.edu, mahewma@jmu.edu during the hours of 6:30 am to 4:00 pm. Evening work request can be emailed to herrinjn@jmu.edu during the hours of 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm and conleyml@jmu.edu during the hours of 11:00 pm to 7:00 am. They can also be faxed to work control at 83168. Please only send work requests that require attention within a timely manner or are emergencies.

Vehicle requests can be emailed to fansletl@jmu.edu or faxed to 88137.

There are no changes to the customer request or vehicle request screen for customers.
