Student Learning Outcomes Related to Environmental Literacy

The Education and Research Committee of the Institute for Stewardship of the Natural World invites you to attend a meeting to discuss potential student learning outcomes related to environmental literacy.

Meeting times are:

1:30 – 3:00 Wednesday, October 13 in Taylor 404

9:30 – 10:30 Thursday, October 14 in the nTelos Room (ISAT/CS 279)

Please come to either meeting and feel free to arrive late or leave early if necessary.

Last year, the ISNW Education and Research Committee asked JMU faculty and staff if they would like to provide input into a discussion of potential student learning outcomes related to environmental literacy and, if so, what would be the best methods for input.  Respondents suggested we seek input through online surveys and open meetings.  So, we are sending out a follow-up survey in a separate email and we are also holding these two open meetings for JMU faculty and staff.
