As stated in the Environmental Stewardship Action Plan, JMU will:

Engage stakeholder input at all levels via the standing ISNW service committees.

Consider university policies to institutionalize environmental best practices.

Assess and disseminate progress.

Seek sponsored programs and private funds to support environmental stewardship activities.
