Write of Passage Scholarship for the School of Writing, Rhetoric and Technical Communication
 Criteria:
     Need Based? Yes
     Freshman Only? No
 History:
Established with a gift from Ashley Lusk '06 to create a new scholarship, to be known as the Write of Passage Scholarship for the School of Writing, Rhetoric & Technical Communications. The Donor directs: (a) that this scholarship shall provide financial resources annually to one student enrolled in the School of Writing, Rhetoric & Technical Communication; (b) that candidates for this scholarship must demonstrate a need for financial assistance, as determined by the Office of Financial Aid & Scholarships; and, (c) that the selection of this scholarship's recipient shall be made each year in a manner determined at the discretion of the director for the School of Writing, Rhetoric & Technical Communication. Beyond the above criteria, the appointment of a student to receive this scholarship shall follow the University's guidelines for the awarding of scholarships.
