Dr. Charles P. Bilbrey Endowed Scholarship
 Criteria:
     Need Based? Yes
     Freshman Only? No
 Information:
Established June 1, 1989 by Dr. Charles P. Bilbrey to provide scholarships for deserving JMU students. Recipient selected by the Financial Aid office on or before May 15. Candidates must be CIS majors, must demonstrate financial need by submitting FAF or other support of financial need, must be in good standing with JMU. Applications are due on or before March 31. Recipient may re-apply each year for selection.

Annual scholarships for undergraduates in the Computer Information Systems program.
